Kaelin C Murphy was born and raised in Maine, and grew up hearing stories passed down from generation to generation about ghosts, hauntings, demons, and witchcraft Her family s strong, spiritual beliefs were instilled in her at an early age, defining the lines between good and evil Though she later moved from the state of Maine, her roots still run deep in the legends that refuse to stay buried Kaelin C Murphy was born and raised in Maine, and grew up hearing stories passed down from generation to generation about ghosts, hauntings, demons, and witchcraft Her family s strong, spiritual beliefs were instilled in her at an early age, defining the lines between good and evil Though she later moved from the state of Maine, her roots still run deep in the legends that refuse to stay buried She was co editor of The Center Post, a bi monthly local newspaper back in the 1970 s and since then has published several poems in various anthologies She enjoys watercolor painting, wood working, playing various stringed instruments, fishing, and of course, writing She is a graduate of The Institute of Children s Literature She now lives just south of Atlanta, Georgia
